How do I get my logo digitized?
Send us your graphic file with the size you need, any special concerns, and your deadline. We'll quote your design for free. Once you approve the price, we digitize it and deliver your stitch file — usually within 24 hours.
What kind of graphic files do you accept?
We accept JPG, BMP, TIF, PDF, AI, PNG, and most other standard image formats. We prefer files that don't depend on specific software versions or special fonts. As a rule of thumb: if we can see it, we can punch it. Higher-resolution files produce the best results, but we can work from low-quality images and even rough sketches.
What is your turnaround time?
We deliver every order within 24 hours — it's our standard, not our exception. During busier periods like holidays and spring, volume is higher, but we hold to the same commitment. Choose your date and time, and we deliver.
Is your 1-hour rush service for real?
Absolutely. While other digitizers advertise 24- or 48-hour turnaround, we set the bar higher with the world's fastest digitizing service. Send us an image, get a quote, approve the price, and receive your finished stitch file — all within one hour. Available weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern time, except holidays.
Do you charge by stitch count?
Never have, never will. We charge by the complexity of the design, not the number of stitches. An intricate 5,000-stitch design may cost more than a simple 45,000-stitch one — each design is quoted individually based on the work involved. This means no surprises when your stitch file is delivered.
Is your digitizing guaranteed?
100%. If a design needs a touch-up — whether for size, color, density, or minor edits — we handle it quickly and at no extra charge. We understand that your end clients sometimes see things differently, so we're right behind you to make adjustments and get you out of a tight spot. We consider you part of our team: if you don't succeed, neither do we.
Do your embroidery designs run well on caps?
Yes. Every design at Superpunch is built to run on caps — even when you order it for shirts. We know that today's chest logo becomes tomorrow's cap order, so we construct all files to sew cleanly on approximately 95% of caps on the market. For rigid or thick materials with limited embroidery area, we can adjust specifically.
Do you send a proof and color sequence?
Every design comes with a PDF proof showing your logo in the closest thread colors available, along with a color sequence to help you program your embroidery machine.
Can you edit another digitizer's work?
Yes, and we do it often. We can resize, modify density, substitute lettering, add or remove elements, and more. We can even re-punch a design completely if you're unhappy with it — including turning a small chest file into a full jacket back. Send your file with your request and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do you offer combo pricing for multiple sizes?
Yes. Tell us the sizes you need when you request a quote — for example chest, cap, and jacket back — and we'll give you a special combo price. Every design is different, so we quote once we see the actual artwork.
Will my custom designs ever be resold?
Never. Your custom designs are yours alone. We do not maintain a stock design collection from client work. Too often in this industry, customers pay for custom digitizing only to find their designs sold elsewhere at a fraction of the price. That will never happen at Superpunch.
How fast do you handle edits and revisions?
Very fast. If we can deliver a brand-new design in one hour, edits are even quicker. Unless you catch us at lunch, revisions are typically turned around the same day — often within minutes.
